Registration and Login
1. You will need to have the following items on file at the pharmacy before you can create a patient portal login for web refills:
- Active prescription(s)
- Valid email address (your email address or phone number must be on file at THC Pharmacy)
2. As a first-time user, click the link for your pharmacy below

3. Select Register.
Once registered, a temporary token will be sent to your email or via text to your phone number on file.
Registered users can log in by entering your username and password above and selecting Login.
Patient Portal
1. The refill tab allows you to add prescriptions to your current order. Once all prescriptions have been selected, click Continue.
You may choose to submit a Refill Authorization to your provider for active prescriptions that do not have any refills remaining.
2. On the Shipping tab, select whether you would like to pick up your medications, have them delivered for the same day or shipped next day to your address. Then click Continue.
3. On the Billing tab, select whether you would like to pay now with a credit card or later when you pick up your medications at the pharmacy. If you have your credit card stored on our secure database, this will be populated already.
Then click Continue.
4. On the Verify tab allows you to verify your order before it is submitted for processing. Once you have reviewed your order, select Submit Order.
5. The Complete tab allows you to submit
